NSHC's Certified Health Coach, CHC™

NSHC's Certification/Recertification:
Upon passing the certification exam and online simulated skills competency, you may use the credential of CHC™ that is valid for 5 years from the date the exam is passed. Recertification is achieved through current membership in good standing and re-examination. Member is responsible for timely membership renewal and any purchase of updated program materials since his/her last examination. *Those who reside outside of the U.S. are eligible to take the NSHC certification exam. Please be advised that the user must determine if and how NSHC certification will be recognized and used in a specific country.
NSHC's Certificate of Completion
Persons who are not currently licensed, registered or certified as a healthcare professional, but are interested in our program for continued education as an allied healthcare provider or who work in another setting, may obtain a Certificate of Completion upon taking and passing our online Post-Test
Program Content
NSHC recognizes a higher level of education, knowledge, skill and supervised practice that healthcare professionals have acquired in physical assessment, patient/family communication, psychosocial aspects of illness and recovery, health teaching/learning assessment and methods, chronic conditions and theory. Program content is based on this premise.
